This blog documents a journey to rediscover dining straight from the garden. It began as a collection of my recipes but has developed into a conversation between myself and fellow gardener and kitchen chemist VerilyIeat. It is wonderful to have a fellow experimenter who is interested in eating fresh, local, and gluten free. My garden is near the Monterey Bay in California and her garden is in Missouri.
