Shrimp Ortega

2 cups diced onion
2 cups diced celery
2 tsp olive oil for frying
1 lb cooked and rinsed shrimp
16 oz. prepared salsa (like Safeway's Garlic Lover's salsa)
3/4 cup sour cream

Saute the onion and celery in the oil until soft and onion is slightly golden. Add the shrimp and salsa and cook until it is warmed through. Take the pan off the burner and add the sour cream, mixing thouroughly and serve over rice.
